Join Our Team as an Accounting Specialist Accounts Payable
Location: Austin MN
Salary Range: $22.00 $28.60/hour
Reports To: Controller
Employment Type: Full-Time Non-Exempt

What Youll Do (a.k.a. How Youll Be the Best):
Keep our payables polished ensure vendors are paid on time and transactions are as accurate as your math skills.
Get vendors set up smoothly and maintain up-to-date well-organized records.
Track credit card usage and match those receipts like a champ.
Handle 1099 prep like its your superpowercompliance is cool here.
Document capital expenditures and inventory so cleanly it would impress an auditor.
Respond to payment questions with poise clarity and professionalism.
Stay audit-ready with meticulous organization and documentation.
Support your team with financial reports and sprinkle in your spreadsheet savvy for good measure.
Work Environment

Travel

A deep love for Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong time management and attention to detailaccuracy is your middle name.

A solid grasp of GAAP and comfort with financial documentation.

Bonus Points If You Have:
An Associates degree in Accounting.
Hands-on experience with Sage 100 or similar systems.
Experience prepping for and acing year-end audits.
