You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking a Youth Outreach Worker for a time-limited role. The Outreach Worker is responsible for outreach in the community to providers and stakeholders to increase referrals of children and adolescents eligible for services funded by the Substance Use Block Grant (SUBG). Complete screening assessments and intakes of eligible members. Act as the primary point of contact for all members activities and services funded by the SUBG. Facilitate meetings and follow up on recommendations to ensure continuity of care and service delivery and educate members about service options and delivery.
Note: This position will end on September 30 2025. Upon completion the employee will transition into a permanent Behavioral Health Case Manager (BHCM) role supporting individuals on their path to recovery through person-centered planning coordination of services and advocacy. Please note that placement in the BHCM role is not guaranteed at the current site and may require transferring to another COPE clinic.
Must be able to obtain and retain a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card.

Must be 21 years of age (automobile insurance requirement) and possess a valid AZ drivers license with a clean or acceptable driving record. An unacceptable driving record includes (but is not limited to) the following:
Other driving related violations may be considered unacceptable. At time of job offer submission of 36 month (three year) driving record from DMV will be required. These standards must be maintained throughout employment and up-to-date driving records are reviewed regularly for current employees.
