Were seeking an experienced HRIS Business Analyst to join our global Financial Application Support Team reporting to the VP of HR Business Analysis. In this strategic role youll bridge technical and business needs driving Oracle Cloud HCM initiatives for CoreHR Absence and Learning that align with organizational objectives across our global operations.



Responsibilities

Your Role:
System & Process Management
oLead the support and optimization of Oracle Cloud HCM focusing on CoreHR Absence and Learning modules
oDrive issue resolution through technical troubleshooting and cross-functional collaboration
oDevelop and maintain process and system documentation and process maps
Strategic Partnership & Collaboration
oPartner with business stakeholders to understand strategic objectives and translate them into technical requirements
oCollaborate closely with technical teams functional experts and business leaders to deliver optimal solutions
oAct as a trusted advisor to HR leadership on technology capabilities and opportunities
Analysis & Implementation
oConduct business impact analysis and recommend solutions that align with organizational strategy
oPerform comprehensive data analysis validation and visualization for decision support
oCoordinate and contribute to all phases of testing including the development of test plans and test scripts
oEvaluate upcoming releases and new features for strategic fit and business value
oElicit design implement and support reports and reporting requirements
Stakeholder Management
oBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across business units
oSupport end-user training and system adoption
oFacilitate communication between technical teams and business users



Qualifications

About You:
Minimum 6 years of proven demonstrable experience as a Business Analyst Functional Consultant Product Owner or Business Consultant on Oracle HCM
Bachelors degree in computer science business or a related discipline is required
Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM (CoreHR Absence Learning)
Cloud certifications in Cloud applications and experience in CoreHR Absence and Learning preferred
Advanced Microsoft Excel and data analysis capabilities (including pivot tables VLOOKUP data visualization)
Proficient with OTBI and other reporting tools to aid ad-hoc reporting and data analysis
Knowledge of JIRA Confluence SharePoint is an asset
Strong project management skills including a good understanding of project phases and lifecycles
Experience in HCM data management including performing audits for accuracy and compliance
Business-focused approach with strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently with little guidance
Ability to multitask and pay close attention to detail
