Job Description
Primary Skills Must have
The candidate should be proficient in the implementation and management of compliance solutions across Microsoft 365
10 years of Software Implementation experience with 6 years in leading and delivering Microsoft SharePoint and Power Platform solutions
Microsoft SharePoint and associated platform skills such as SPFx Purview PnP Power Apps Power Automate and Syntex
Implement SharePoint Solutions Design configure and deploy SharePoint environments including identity and access management Microsoft Purview retention labels and sensitivity labels
Experienced in client focused consulting especially leading initiatives
Creation and maintenance of technical documentation
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Secondary skills Good to have
Change management Drive change management processes influencing decisions and engaging with stakeholders
Keep up to date with new M365 features and capabilities and assess their potential impact on the organization
Support of internal customers writing usage guides and organizing trainings
Technical knowledge of Azure Functions and webhooks
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Project management skills
