IT MANAGER-Onsite Napa Valley
Laying in the heart of Napa Valley a vibrant hotel and restaurant with a room-count of nearly 200 rooms and suites.
JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a dynamic and service-focused IT Manager to lead the technology operations of our luxury hotel with a core mission of enhancing the guest experience through seamless and innovative tech solutions. This is a hands-on leadership role well suited for someone who thrives in a fast paced hospitality environment and understands the critical role technology plays in delivering world class service. You will take full responsibility for all IT systems including support for daily operations management of infrastructure and of new initiatives that elevate every guest interaction. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of strong technical expertise and exceptional communication skills working closely with both staff and guests to ensure every touchpoint reflects the high standards of our brand.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and maintain the hotel s IT enterprise including internal networks guest Wi-Fi servers and business-critical systems
- Be a hands on technologist that will provide technical support to our internal team for various desktop issues including advanced troubleshooting for complex problems with network architecture workstations and applications
- Collaborate with operations events and guest services teams to ensure seamless integration and support of technology during guest interactions and special events
- Champion cybersecurity best practices by proactively monitoring threats and maintaining system integrity
- Develop and implement IT policies SOPs and disaster recovery plans tailored for the hospitality environment
- Stay informed of emerging technologies to continually improve the guest and internal staff experience
- Administer and support core hospitality platforms such as PMS PoS and CRM tools
- Participate in all hardware and software evaluations
- Manage relationships with third-party IT vendors and contractors to successfully deliver projects and implementations.
- Oversee the deployment of AV systems across guest and event spaces
- Responsibilities may include installing network and server equipment as well as setting up hardware and peripheral components.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor s degree in Information Technology Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field.
- Experience managing IT operations in a hospitality or luxury hotel environment a plus.
- Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure (Servers Networks Security SaaS On-Premise Systems).
- Solid understanding of Microsoft environments including Active Directory Group Policy DNS DHCP and Windows Server administration.
- Strong knowledge of audio/visual systems used in guest-facing and event areas.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical staff and guests.
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Demonstrated leadership and project management abilities with attention to detail.
- Implement and uphold a security-first framework to protect data integrity control network access and ensure reliable backup systems.
- Flexible and responsive to the operational demands of a 24/7 hospitality business including availability for occasional after-hours or weekend support.
