Job Scope
- Attend to customers inquiry
- Prepare and process Air Export booking request
- Arrange for collection of cargo at customers premise
- Provide booking confirmation and flight details to customers
- Mange customers expectations and complaints
- Correspond with overseas offices on shipment status and inquiries
- Verify invoices from vendor
- Prepare customers report
Requirement
- Must be familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Must be able to work independently
- Must be able to converse in English for handling English-speaking clients through email and phone
- Must possess a sense of urgency and responsibility in work
- Outgoing personality
- Willing to learn with good attitude
- Prior work experience in this industry is not required but will be an advantage
