Monday to Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Philippine Time

About the Role:

As a Recruitment Officer you ll lead strategic talent acquisition efforts focusing on attracting and placing top remote talent for our clients. In this role you ll work closely with clients to understand their unique needs streamline recruitment processes and develop a robust talent pipeline. Your expertise in recruitment and passion for technology-driven hiring solutions will help drive seamless candidate experiences and deliver exceptional results.

We are looking for someone who can:

Lead strategic talent acquisition

  • Consult and collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and objectives.

  • Develop and implement forward-thinking sourcing strategies to attract top talent and ensure the perfect fit for the role and company culture.

  • Deliver exceptional candidate experience by ensuring seamless and engaging interactions geared toward long-term success.

Optimize recruitment processes

  • Streamline and enhance our recruitment processes to reduce time-to-hire while maintaining the highest standards of quality and fit.

  • Leverage data-driven insights and AI tools to identify trends and optimize recruitment strategies.

Develop our Talent Pipeline

  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of high-quality candidates for critical roles.

  • Foster relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals.

Partner and collaborate with clients

  • Help design roles that align with long-term business goals.

  • Work closely with our internal teams to foster a collaborative and inclusive recruitment process.



Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in business administration sales or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition with a proven record of successful placements.
  • Experience with Performance-Based Hiring principles.
  • 1-2 years of leadership experience showcasing effective team management and mentorship.
  • Experience with a focus on remote staffing or a similar field is an advantage.
  • Exceptional proficiency in Business English.Passion for Quality Placements: Committed to finding the perfect match for both candidates and clients with a focus on quality over quantity.
  • Expertise in Recruitment and Headhunting: Proven experience in recruitment with a strong focus on quality placements over quantity.

  • Tech-Savvy: Familiar with the latest recruitment tools and AI technology to optimize recruitment processes.

  • Relationship-Builder: Skilled in building rapport with candidates clients and industry professionals.

  • Analytical and Problem-Solver: Able to leverage data to improve recruitment strategies and solve complex hiring challenges.
