This is a remote position.
We are seeking a proactive highly driven Virtual Assistant (VA) with strong initiative and organizational skills. The VA will support real estate business operations in various tasks including property ownership research database management content verification and organizational efficiency improvements. The ideal candidate should be resourceful detail-oriented and able to contribute innovative ideas to enhance business operations.
Property Ownership Research & Outreach:
Identify and verify property owners using multiple software tools.
Contact property owners via email and phone to explore potential sales opportunities.
Track down accurate contact details through online research and databases.
KMZ Files & Google Earth Management:
Organize and update KMZ files in Google Earth for property visualization.
Maintain accurate records of retailer sales data (updated quarterly or bi-annually).
Data Management & Organization:
Build and maintain property ownership databases including market information property addresses and power contact details (names phone email).
Ensure data accuracy and organization with relevant systems.
File and manage documents in appropriate folders for easy retrieval.
Drafting & Documentation:
Assist in Letters of Intent (LOIs) and contracts using provided templates.
Prepare and send letters to property owners.
Update & Maintain Marketing Layout:
Enhance company visibility.
Refresh the company website with new images pictures and project details.
AI Integration & Business Improvement:
Explore AI tools to streamline site searches and data management.
Stay updated on AI advancements to enhance business efficiency.
Market Research & Business Expansion:
Conduct research on owned companies and potential industries for investment.
Track and analyze business data to identify growth opportunities.
Develop strategies to increase sales and implement business improvements.
Networking & Relationship Building:
Establish new relationships with tenants and commercial real estate stakeholders.
Coordinate with external parties to identify potential sites and new opportunities.
Experience:
4 years of experience in commercial real estate.
Familiarity with property permits and commercial real estate processes.
Technical Proficiency:
Comfortable using multiple property lookup tools (5 6 different services).
Experience with Google Earth KMZ file management and mapping tools like MapRight.
Basic Excel skills for data management and analysis.
Communication & Initiative:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Minimal accent with clear English proficiency.
Ability to suggest process improvements and efficiency optimizations.
Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Curious passionate and eager to contribute innovative ideas.
