Job Description

This is a remote position.

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and resourceful Technical Engineer/Support Specialist to join our growing virtual support team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in IT support and systems management who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can confidently handle both technical issues and client-facing communication.

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

  • Experience in ticket management systems and IT support workflows

  • Intermediate to advanced technical knowledge across systems and platforms

  • Confident in call handling and maintaining professionalism under pressure

  • Critical thinking and attention to detail in both technical and customer support tasks

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal calls emails chats)

  • Comfortable dealing with difficult customer situations with composure and tact

  • Experience with Microsoft Administration and Azure Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) is required
