Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Experience in ticket management systems and IT support workflows
Intermediate to advanced technical knowledge across systems and platforms
Confident in call handling and maintaining professionalism under pressure
Critical thinking and attention to detail in both technical and customer support tasks
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal calls emails chats)
Comfortable dealing with difficult customer situations with composure and tact
Experience with Microsoft Administration and Azure Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) is required
