Job Description

Sustainability Consultant
Competitive Salary
Location - Cobham (Fulltime Office based)
Allen & York are excited to be working with a market-leading team of sustainability and compliance consultants, providing advice and assessment to clients within the construction, property, finance and events industries.
Our client is looking for a personable advisor with experience in accreditation to join a small and friendly team.

  • You'll hold a degree in either construction, engineering, geography or sustainability with at least two years' work experience, ideally within consultancy.
  • Accreditation background - BREEAM Refurb & Fit Out & New Construction, SKA, LEED, Fitwel and / or WELL
  • Must be detail-oriented, technically strong, and comfortable working in a consultancy environment
  • Must be able to commute to the office 5 days a week (not a hybris role).
  • Ability to drive and access a car
  • The right to work in the UK
