Signal Tru Brand is seeking a highly organized and motivated Events Assistant to support the planning and execution of client events. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented proactive and passionate about event coordination. You will work closely with our Events Manager and wider team to ensure every event runs smoothly and exceeds expectations.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning coordination and execution of corporate and brand events
Manage logistics including venue setup vendor communication materials and guest lists
Support on-site during events to ensure smooth operations
Conduct post-event evaluations and assist with reporting
Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for staff or speakers when needed
Maintain inventory of event materials and supplies
Provide administrative support including scheduling meetings and preparing event documents
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Event Management Marketing Communications or a related field preferred
1 year of experience in event planning or administrative coordination
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint)
Availability to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed for events
