Job Description

Could you be the full-time Production Operator/Welder were looking for
Your Future Role
Take on an important role in our manufacturing team where you will be responsible for performing production tasks at dedicated workstations. You will pilot clean and maintain assembly and testing robots ensuring that finished products meet our rigorous quality standards and are delivered on time.
We will count on you for:
- Executing assembly and welding of stainless steel parts on plates ranging from 1.5mm to 6mm thickness across all welding positions using MIG/MAG processes.
- Regulating and preparing welding equipment according to internal instructions including voltage amperage welding speed oscillation and shielding gas flow.
- Inspecting finished products to ensure the defined quality level is achieved consistently.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Conducting assembly tasks prior to welding which involves positioning parts and performing tack welds to ensure correct placement.
- Verifying the quality specifications and measurements as per the drawing throughout the assembly process.
- Monitoring and guiding the activities of other welding technicians providing instructions and technical support to help them meet their deadlines while adhering to quality norms.
- Utilizing APSYS tools (5S Autonomous Team SMED TPM Self Inspection Shop Floor Meetings) to optimize work processes.
- Executing welding activities per the areas specific needs and through relevant qualifications.
All About You
We value a proactive attitude and practical skills in our candidates. While extensive experience is not mandatory the following qualifications will set you up for success in this role:
- Completion of training/course in Arc Welding from a technical school.
- Experience with TIG welding is desirable for potential repair tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow technical drawings and specifications.
