Job Description

Are you ready to take the next step in your property management career Were on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Property Manager to join our tight-knit high-performing team at MINT Residential.

Based in our vibrant Sydney CBD office youll be part of a small supportive team thats backed by the strength and scale of a global hotel group. Youll manage a boutique portfolio of fewer than 200 propertiesgiving you the perfect balance of challenge and control without the overwhelm.

This is a rare opportunity to make a real impact in a collaborative environment where your skills are valued and your career can thrive with very limited Saturday work required!

Key Responsibilities include: 

  • Manage and maintain a portfolio of Minor Hotels branded apartments (Oaks Hotels Avani Hotels)
  • Manage incoming rental enquiries always providing exceptional customer service
  • Conduct open routine entry and exit inspections as required
  • Communicate effectively with tenants
  • Draft and support in the administration of leasing and property handovers
  • Address maintenance issues and liaise with tradespeople
  • Utilise the console cloud program for effective property management

Qualifications :

To be successful in this role you will require the following skills and experience:

  • A current Property Management Registration
  • Hold a Class 1 licence or be willing to obtain
  • Minimum 2 years Property Management experience
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build lasting relationships with tenants owners and stakeholders
  • Solid knowledge of property management procedures including a strong understanding of current legislation requirements
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to work towards deadlines and prioritize as required
  • Positive attitude with the ability to work as part of a team but also autonomously
  • Availability to work Saturdays when required (limited)
