Job Description

Job Responsibilities

The faculty member reports directly to the Department Head. The primary responsibilities of the faculty member are to teach courses by providing systematically planned and delivered instructions design and develop curriculum advise and recruit students participate in activities and perform other duties as assigned. Responsibilities also include but are not limited to teaching on-site day and evening classes utilizing technology using various teaching methods in instruction and maintaining accurate attendance and grading records.





Minimum and Additional Requirements

This position requires masters in Business Administration or a masters degree and 18 graduate hours in business administration.

Preferred Qualifications

Work and teaching experience in business is preferred. Proficiency in a learning management system such as D2L is also preferred. Successful candidates will have previous experience in teaching teamwork leadership skills goal setting workplace personal communication and online instruction or web experience. Ability to teach varying schedules at various locations utilizing technology in instruction and various teaching methods. Candidate must be able to function in an environment characterized by continual changes in information technology. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills are essential.
