Job Description

Primary responsibilities
- Processing Engineering Change Notices
- Working equipment releases for Engineer to Order projects
- Creating document sets as required for manufacturing test and customers
- Ensuring data accuracy
- Storing and backing up documents
- Following retention policies
- Using document management software
- Retrieving documents for authorized personnel
- Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations
- Managing document intake handling and storage
- Writing reports and archiving materials
Required Skills / Education / Qualifications
- Minimum 1 years relevant experience
- Excellent analytical and presentation skills
- Proficient in Excel
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels from manufacturing floor to Executive
- Ability to multi-task prioritize and work in a rapidly changing stressful environment
- Change agent and ability to think creatively and look forward
- Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams
