Job Description
Project Manager
Construction company specializing in clean room environments is hiring a Project Manager to lead cleanroom construction projects in the Raleigh area. Responsibilities include:
*Lead the planning execution and delivery of cleanroom construction projects within scope schedule and budget.
*Serve as the primary point of contact for clients subcontractors and internal stakeholders.
*Manage internal project teams including project coordinators procurement and field teams.
*Oversee project documentation contracts schedules and cost tracking.
*Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure alignment with AES standards.
*Lead project meetings and communicate key updates to leadership and clients.
*Identify assess and mitigate project risks and challenges.
*Ensure compliance with safety protocols quality guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
*Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering or a related field.
*5-7 years of project management experience in construction preferably within cleanroom pharmaceutical or biotech environments.
*Strong understanding of design-build project delivery.
*Ability to read and interpret architectural and mechanical drawings.
*Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Procore and Sage is a plus.
*Excellent communication problem-solving and leadership skills.
*Ability to travel up to 30% of the time to project sites and AES offices.
