Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and organized Hiring Coordinator to join our team. This is a full-time position based in Eugene Oregon. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support in the day-to-day operations of our organization. This position is a team based role and pay will be determined by level of experience paid biweekly.
Compensation & Benefits:
Hourly wage TBD based on experience paid every two weeks

Responsibilities:
Create and manage hiring postings
File and organize important documents
Manage various onboarding duties
Schedule and conduct interviews
Conductorientations for new staff
Speaking with various community partners and new client inquiries
Other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
1 years of experience with Recruiting/hiring
Proficient in computer software such as Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
