Provides patient care services for all patient populations based on the Plan of Care under the direct supervision of the Licensed Physical Therapist Occupational Therapist or Speech Language Pathologist. Assists the licensed clinician in the assessment of individual patient needs; incorporates age-specific characteristics in communication with patients; assists in the provision of individualized care relevant to patient needs; and recognition monitoring and provision of interventions as appropriate.

Required Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent.
Required Licensure and Certifications
BLS-CPR
