Could you be the full-time onsite Line Manager in Plattsburgh NY US were looking for
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your multifaceted industrial management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside innovative dedicated and collaborative teammates. Youll lead and drive the manufacturing activities for project(s) within the Line/Workshop making a tangible impact on our operational efficiency and success. Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across the business (Supply Chain Finance Sourcing Quality) oversee Greenfield and Brownfield developments and much more.
Well look to you for:
Leading and overseeing the entire manufacturing process from Engineering to Delivery
Directing team management including the coordination of cross-functional teams
Managing and maintaining site facilities and equipment
Managing a diverse workforce including both White and Blue Collar employees
Collaborating with Supply Chain Finance Sourcing and Quality departments to optimize manufacturing impact
Ensuring adherence to Environment Health & Safety (EHS) standards and regulations
Developing and implementing strategies for Greenfield/Brownfield projects
Driving continuous improvement in manufacturing processes and technologies.

Degree in Higher Technical/General studies (preffered)
Experience or understanding of middle managerial roles within an industrial setting
Familiarity with Manufacturing Processes and Technologies
Competence in Site Facilities & Maintenance management
Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and leadership experience including White and Blue Collar workforce
Understanding of Environment Health & Safety (EHS) rules and regulations.

Base salary range: $110000 - $125000
