Job Description Ready to build a career where hard work turns into high income Join the Allstar Home Services team as a Sales Representative in Greater Des Moines IA where youll help homeowners improve or restore their properties after storms or general wear - and get paid exceptionally well to do it.
Youll meet face-to-face with homeowners guide them through inspections insurance claims (when applicable) and help them select the right solutions to protect or upgrade their homes. Whether youre a natural communicator or just getting started well train you support you and make sure youre working with a team thats there for you every step of the way.

This is commission-only - but with the right effort and support results (and paychecks) come fast.
What Youll Be Doing
- Perform exterior home inspections (roofing siding etc.)
- Identify potential issues from storm damage or aging materials
- Educate homeowners about their options and the restoration process
- Assist with insurance claims when applicable (well show you how)
- Help clients select materials and solutions
- Close deals and oversee projects from start to finish
- Manage leads and follow up to build your customer base
