Job Responsibilities:
- Engage with patients to discuss treatment planning options benefits and financial arrangements.
- Proficiency in electronic billing systems.
- Knowledge of PPO and HMO insurance plans and their limitations.
- Excellent communication skills especially with children and parents.
- Prepare and present dental treatment plans to patients.
- Offer alternative payment methods and educate patients on healthy lifestyles and hygiene.
Desired Profile/Background:
- Passion for working with children.
- Previous customer service and sales experience preferred.
- Upbeat personality.
- Knowledge of Dentrix software is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and computer skills.
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
- Motivated and ambitious to grow within the dental field.
- Experience in orthodontic treatment planning is desirable.
Job Type:
- Full-time position
- Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with two Saturdays a month from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm
- Competitive hourly rate ranging from $23.00 to $28.00 plus benefits and monthly bonuses
