We are looking to hire a Senior Financial Analyst Commercial immediately in a Hybrid (50/50) capacity at our McFONA site in Geneva IL.

POSITION OVERVIEW
As an integral member of the FONA McCormick finance team you will play a key role in shaping our financial strategy by leading forecasting processes and translating complex data into actionable business insights. This highly collaborative position partners closely with sales and finance leadership to drive profitable growth and support strategic planning activitiesincluding annual budgeting average pricing analysis and new product development evaluations on a monthly and quarterly basis.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and deliver robust reporting solutions to enable strategic decision-making across departments including Sales Marketing FP&A Pricing and Finance Leadership and other Cross Functional business partners
- Act as a subject matter expert in customer data and financial systems working within TM1 Salesforce and Microsoft AX.
- Continuously improve and innovate reporting and analytics capabilities using Power BI and other available tools.
- Communicate key performance insights across functions and support resolution of operational issues through data-driven analysis.
- Support the execution of long-term planning (LTP) annual budgets and monthly/quarterly forecast and creating presentation materials and data models for stakeholder engagement.
- Demonstrate excellence in Excel-based analysis data accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Take ownership of ad hoc projects and additional responsibilities as needed.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors Degree in Finance Data Analytics Business or related field
- 3 years finance analyst or planning experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word
- Exceptional analytical abilities with a proven track record of managing and interpreting large data sets to generate actionable business insights
- Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve complex issues independently
- Experience leading mid-to-large scale projects or process improvement initiatives across cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication organizational and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable presenting findings and recommendations to senior leadership
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Hands-on experience with SAP Microsoft AX or similar ERP systems
- Familiarity with customer-specific dashboards and reporting tools
- Background in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI

Base Salary: $86390 to $151220
Base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location skills education experience for this role and/or internal equity of our current employees as part of any final offer. This position is also eligible to participate in McCormicks Incentive Bonus (MIB) Plan.
