Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your supply chain expertise in a new cutting-edge field.

Youll manage the Alstoms portfolio of external suppliers for ensuring goods delivery at right time to ensure production continuity. Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across the business (procurement logistics and project teams) anticipating and managing risks by ensuring the accuracy of stock in compliance with stock and logistic constraints and much more.

Youll specifically take care of expressing delivery needs to suppliers but also monitor Suppliers performances KPIs while putting in place corrective actions.

Well look to you for:

• Definition and implementation of Sourcing strategy for Mobile Telephony & M2M
• Manage global supplier panel relationship forMobile Telephony & M2M
• Responsible for commodity maturity development with efficient sourcing and purchasing measures leveraging Alstoms procurement tools
• Operational procurement responsibility on negotiation
• Animate Saving Plan and continuous improvement of total cost of ownership for spend within commodity
• Support commodity management
  • Represent Mobile Telephony & M2M commodity
  • Consolidate commodity needs and sourcing demands
  • Build and propose differentiation for AT through supplier innovation
  • Participate actively to commodity strategy and panel elaboration
  • Participate to Make or Buy decision process when relevant
  • Define a strategy for specific segment according to delegation
  • Ensure effective teamwork with internal customers and stakeholders in problem solving
  • Apply the Alstom Procurement process and provide return on experience.
  • Is involved on operational tasks
• Monitor Buyer activity on specific segment
  • Has an operational procurement responsibility on negotiation
  • Lead Saving Plan by leveraging Design to Cost Volume bundling Global contracts best cost country solutions and panel reduction
