Inviting applications for the role of Manager/ Senior Manager Reporting Delivery
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality workforce insights ensuring data accuracy and optimizing reporting processes. This role will work closely with HR stakeholders to translate business needs into meaningful analytics using Google Cloud BigQuery and Tableau.
As a key contributor to the People Analytics function this role will support regulatory operational and strategic workforce reporting helping business leaders make data-driven decisions on talent performance and workforce trends
Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Reporting
Develop interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau to provide workforce insights.
Extract transform and analyze HR data using Google Cloud BigQuery to support reporting needs and adhoc analysis.
Ensure reporting accuracy and compliance with HR data governance standards.
Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
People Analytics & Workforce Insights
Analyze workforce trends (e.g. attrition hiring promotion and diversity metrics).
Support HR leaders and business partners with data-driven recommendations.
Enable predictive analytics capabilities to improve workforce planning.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
Work closely with HR stakeholders the Reporting Delivery Lead to refine reporting needs.
Partner with Data Management Lead to optimize HR data pipelines in Google Cloud.
Assist in the rollout of self-service analytics for HR teams.
Governance & Data Quality
Ensure data integrity by following best practices in data validation and governance.
Maintain compliance with privacy and security policies for HR data.
Contribute to standardizing People Analytics reporting across HR.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors/Masters degree in Data Analytics Statistics Business or a related field.
Relevant years of experience in data analysis BI or People Analytics.
Hands-on experience with Tableau BigQuery and SQL for HR reporting.
Knowledge of HR platforms like SuccessFactors is a plus.
Certifications in Tableau Google Cloud or HR Analytics are desirable
Five Days working from Office
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Expertise in Tableau (dashboard design calculations interactivity).
Strong SQL skills preferably with Google BigQuery.
Experience with HR analytics and workforce reporting.
Ability to translate business questions into actionable insights.
Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
