Ward Based Clinical Administrator
Location: Birmingham
Salary: 24095- 26000 depending on experience
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Your role with us
You will be based on the hospital site and your role will focus on supporting the day-to-day activity of the Wards the Ward Managers and Responsible Clinicians. By keeping the administration processes running smoothly youll be helping our nursing and clinical teams to focus on providing great care. It will be important to build good working relationships while ensuring there is effective communication across the ward.
Its a varied and demanding job and you will be comfortable working in a busy ward setting. Duties include managing diaries and supporting ward meetings ward rounds clinical governance meetings including minute taking. You will also take care of tasks like document creation data input record management and a range of general administration.
