Your Future Role
2100 colleagues from 46 countries including 800 engineers shape in Hennigsdorf the future of rail mobility. The locally developed manufactured and maintained product range includes high-speed regional and local trains subways as well as trams and light rail vehicles. Our corporate functions play a key role in supporting and continuously improving the performance of our sites. Youll report to Olaf Schmiedel and work alongside a dedicated and enthusiastic team.
Well look for you to :
Manage and align all WCM (World Class Manufacturing) networks linked to RSC (Rolling Stock and Components) activities in the Central and Northern Europe (CNE) region.
Manage a group of local Special Processes coordinators in the CNE (Central and Northern Europe) region.
Contribute to the global Special Processes strategy definition including process and technology roadmap.
Lead Special Processes deployment including maturity increase of all processes and personal development.
Report and communicate with Headquarters (located in Paris) management of Plant Directors and other departments at the site in the CNE (Central and Northern Europe) region.
Achieve deliverables defined in collaboration with the Process and Manufacturing Engineering Directors and Industrial Head of the Central and Northern Europe region.
Support the management of the plant and all manufacturing-related areas including Industrial Planning Production Manufacturing Engineering and Test and Commissioning by collaborating with PME (Process and Manufacturing Engineering) directors and Special Processes (SP) site leaders.
Cross-site management and coordination of the WCM and SP activities withing CNE region
Develop & qualify new technology including manufacturing processes specifications conformity criteria
Prepare roadmap for the CNE region including maturity growth competency growth and development of the Site expertise
Support Site Special Processes responsible in collaboration with Engineering function during Co-Engineering phase contributing to industrial risk avoidance design reviews and verification
Manage regional plan of WCM (World Class Manufacturing)assessments and drive towards agile resolution of the open points improvement actions

Minimum of 2 years of extensive experience across various departments in the railway industry with a total background of 10 years.
Proficiency in process engineering bill of materials configuration tracking quality assurance and HSE standards.
Experience in production and manufacturing process preparation and knowledge of modern production and quality management systems.
In-depth understanding of upstream and downstream production processes with experience in Lean Manufacturing and Shop Floor Management.
Strong business management acumen with strategic conceptual analytical and problem-solving skills.
Several years of experience in disciplinary and professional leadership including employee development.
Proven expertise in process optimization and a solid command of MS Office and SAP.
Fluent in German and English both written and spoken.
Possesses integrity pragmatic thinking motivational personality and excellent social and communication skills.
High self-motivation solution-oriented decision-making conflict resolution skills and a structured results-oriented work style.
