About the role.

In this night shift role Tote Room Attendant keeps the tote room orderly and organized in relation to product drops and sanitation. Assists in monitoring line flow to packaging and dumps totes onto product repack line by operating a forklift.
Accountabilities:
- Responsibility to monitor work areas watch for suspicious behavior and report any concerns regarding unidentified visitors and/or unauthorized personnel.
- Authority to question and take appropriate measures regarding the safety of themselves other employees products and equipment.
- Responsibility of maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout the food processing facility especially where any raw or finished product is produced.
- Authority to report and/or eliminate hazards to the safety of the food that is produced in the facility.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Skills:
- Promotes and adheres to company safety work rules and regulations.
- Cleans and sanitizes work area.
- Checks totes for color variations foreign material and proper cuts.
- Identifies all cuts and quality attributes in totes.
- Receives totes in the WMS system
- Performs the blend transactions in the WMS system.
- Performs inventory adjustments in the WMS system.
- Fills hopper with product and/or dumps totes onto product repack line as specified.
- Dumps fabricates and dismantles totes to redistribute and store product.
- Operates forklift as needed.
- Transports totes and pallets to and from designated areas.
- Cleans hopper and buckets when necessary.
- Helps strip and re-case product when needed.
- Assists in cleaning and sanitizing of machinery and equipment during regularly scheduled clean ups and downtime.
- Relieves other employees as needed.
- Attends and participates in all annual departmental and job specific required training and monthly informational meetings.
- Communicates problems or changes to supervisor or appropriate personnel.
- Keeps work area clean and orderly in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).

Compensation Package:$18.00-$20.01USD hourly bonuseligibility
The above reflects the target compensation range for the position at the time of posting. Hiring compensation will be determined based on experience skill set education/training and other organizational needs.
NIght Shift Differential Pay: $1.50/hr
