Ameristar Perimeter Security USA an ASSA ABLOY branded company is looking for a Paint Tech. This position will be responsible forsupporting the coating line by inspecting processes equipment and accounting for production and quality of production
What you will be doing:
Maintain clean safe organized material storage areas.
Maintain equipment by planning and carrying out PMs as prescribed by documented procedure and by creating documented procedure for PMs wherever needed.
Produce product of exceptional quality by implementing QA approach to meeting company production objectives.
Maintain titrations and stage levels daily.
Monitor Controls PLC making sure load bars stay in sync.
Plan daily tasks geared toward evening PMs.
Communicate changes to the dump schedule to Waste Water Tech.
Work with department Supervisor on scheduling the line down for routine maintenance.
Turn in daily downtime information.
Review materials need daily and notify Supervisor of materials needed.
Report any safety violations or concerns to the Production Supervisor.
Perform titrations to review the quality of chemicals.
The skills and experience you need:
High school or equivalent
Two - Three years of experience in a position of similar responsibility in manufacturing.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes product designs safety quality and workflow needs.
Strong documentation skills reporting skills and computer skills.
Ability to think and react quickly to changing situations and adjust to changing priorities.
Ability to be a contributing and collaborative team member.
This role is located in Tulsa OK.
