Position: Graphic Designer

Position Overview:
As a Graphic Designer at First Care Medical you will be responsible for creating and designing various marketing materials and visual assets to promote our services and brand. You will work closely with our marketing team to develop and execute compelling designs that effectively communicate our message to our target audience. This is a full-time position with a 40-hour work week and is based at our headquarters in location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and design marketing materials such as brochures flyers posters social media graphics and other visual assets to promote our services and brand.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and designs that align with our brand guidelines and objectives.
- Use your expertise in graphic design to enhance our visual identity and create a consistent and professional image across all platforms.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery of quality designs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our designs.
- Work closely with the printing team to ensure accurate and high-quality production of all materials.
- Communicate and present design concepts and ideas to stakeholders incorporating their feedback and suggestions.
- Maintain a strong understanding of our target audience and tailor designs to effectively appeal to them.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design preferably in a marketing or advertising setting.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design skills and styles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of printing processes and techniques.
- Passion for healthcare and a desire to make a positive impact in the community.
