This is an entry level engineering rotational program in the Mixing Solutions Early Career Development Program at SPX FLOW. SPX FLOWs Mixing Solutions business unit is the world leader in fluid mixing equipment that plays a vital role in the creation of polymers and specialty chemicals precious metals and critical minerals fresh water pharmaceuticals and biotechnology as well as food and beverages that drive our modern world forward.
The Early Career Development Program at SPX FLOW Rochester is a premier entry point into the organization. We hire the best and most talented recent graduates and provide the experiences training and support to build our future leaders. Our 2-year program is designed to develop and grow early career talent throughbroadexposure todifferent facets of the business. Through multiple roles value-add projects mentors and focused-development the program provides cohesive in-depth experiences to launch a fulfilling and successful career at SPX FLOW.
This program provides extensive exposure to Mixing Solutions senior leadership the conclusion of each rotation(four6-month rotations)and completion ofthe 2-year program you will have the opportunity to present an overview of yourwork to senior leaders at the companyincluding the president of our business unit. These rotations will provide you with a Big Picture view of our company while at the same time offering hands-on experiences that aim to sharpen your technical and leadership skills.

Working conditions are normal for an office and/or client site workshop or warehousing facility. The noise level in the work environment is moderately quiet however local and client sites can be unpredictable and associated safety equipment should be worn accordingly.
