Title: Graphic Designer

Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Graphic Designer you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective designs that communicate our brand message to our target audience. You will work closely with our marketing and communications team to develop designs for both print and digital media.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and design marketing materials including brochures flyers posters and social media graphics
- Create visual assets for our website email campaigns and other digital platforms
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and designs that align with our brand image and messaging
- Stay updated on design trends and techniques to ensure our designs are innovative and visually appealing
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Work with external vendors to ensure the quality and timely delivery of printed materials
- Adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all designs
- Provide feedback and suggestions for improving design processes and procedures
- Communicate design ideas and concepts effectively to team members and stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design preferably in a healthcare or related industry
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign)
- Strong understanding of design principles and typography
- Experience with both print and digital design
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Portfolio showcasing previous design work
