Responsibilities:
- Handle artwork with care during packing unpacking installation and transportation.
- Use proper tools and techniques to install and deinstall art in galleries homes or institutions.
- Wrap and pack artwork securely using archival materials.
- Assist with inventory management and condition reporting.
- Load and unload trucks with artworks crates and display materials.
- Maintain a clean organized and safe workspace.
- Communicate effectively with team members clients and supervisors.
- Inventory control.
- Quality check all art work.
Qualifications:
- equivalent; art handling experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Familiarity with safe handling of fragile and valuable items
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs or more)
