This is more than just a marketing roleits a front-row seat to the future of motor control technologies at a global semiconductor manufacturer. As Senior Product Marketing Manager youll help shape the direction of BLDC Motor Drive ICs used in next-gen systems across industries. Youll collaborate closely with engineering sales and ecosystem partners while serving as a product evangelistsomeone who knows the tech inside and out and can inspire customers and internal teams alike.
Set the strategic direction for BLDC Motor Drive ICs within an advanced semiconductor product portfolio.
Act as a product evangelistarticulating the value vision and technical strengths of our solutions to both internal stakeholders and external customers.
Build and grow relationships with key MCU partners to create a strong ecosystem around your product line.
Drive product introductions at strategic customer accounts; guide early adoption and build long-term engagement strategies.
Partner with applications and sales teams to craft crystal-clear marketing collateral that highlights our product advantages.
Manage the full product lifecycle from roadmap to sunsetting with a focus on pricing strategy and gross margin performance.
Lead critical customer projects and serve as the main point of contact for strategic initiatives.
Visit customers and attend industry events to gather market intelligence and competitive insights that shape go-to-market plans.
Serve as a vital link between engineering and the commercial sideensuring smooth information flow and alignment on strategy.
Own and manage forecasting planning and reporting to ensure consistent execution and measurable results.
Deep familiarity with the semiconductor industry and motor control markets.
Technical expertise in BLDC motor topologies motor control algorithms and supporting hardware (IPM half-bridge etc.).
Strong storytelling abilityyou can take complex technology and turn it into compelling value propositions.
A true product evangelist mindset: you know your product believe in it and can rally others around its value.
Comfortable in fast-paced environments where youll interact with engineers executives and end customers.
Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial spirit and a bias for action.
Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally to build relationships and represent the brand at key events.
