About the Role
The FP&A Managers role is to oversee the execution of Global Premium Americas financial short and long-term business planning processes. Delivers financial planning governance and optimise the IBP and analysis processes for Global Premium Americas.
This role is expected to partner with key stakeholders to ensure the effective execution of all financial planning processes including month end results analysis budgets forecasts GVP and 5YP.
Leads the optimisation of financial reporting in Americas for Global Premium. Identify process and reporting improvements to reduce manual work and analysis and rely on systems and automated reporting as much as possible.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversees the execution of budget IBP financials and forecasting process to ensure Global Premium Americas has an accurate detailed base for managing performance risks opportunities and regular updates on financial outcomes.
- Leads the long-term strategic plan process for the Americas (5-Year Plan) with support of the VP Finance
- Delivers Financial Planning processes for the Americas. Key outputs will include Regional monthly results Monthly forecast with risk and opportunity reviews Monthly visibility and understanding of gaps and causes and Annual detailed budget / periodic forecasts.
- Supports the Central Global Premium and Treasury Business Solutions teams to ensure the integrity of all financial data within the reporting systems.
- Information Presentation:
- Supports preparation of information decks for the monthly and annual reporting processes
- Coordinates with the divisional and corporate business units to improve TWE financial standards templates and information content.
- Leads the presentation of monthly results for the region with central finance team and divisional CFO.
- Leads the presentation of monthly forecast for the region with divisional MD and CFO
- Business process improvement:
- Continuously improve the efficiency of monthly submissions and consolidation process to improve quality of the forecasts visibility and understanding of gaps and causes
- Continuously improve the process of financial alignment of IBP forecasts with Budgeting strategic planning Board reporting and Statutory Reporting
- Strategic focus:
- The role may contain ad hoc project work and requests as directed (e.g.: project involvement)
- Recommends and prioritise improvements to reporting tools.
About you
- You are aCA or CPA qualified.
- You have 6 years of professional experience.
- You have financial reporting experience in a large listed multi-regional / multi-divisional company.
- You have demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional team members.
- You have effective planning and project management skills.
- You have strong relationship building skills.
- You have strong systems and data understanding.

Pay Transparency Disclosure: The annual salary pay range offered for this position is $139K to $167K and other benefits. These figures represent what we reasonably expect to pay for this position but the actual compensation offered will depend upon numerous job-related factors including but not limited to candidate qualifications skills experience education location and alignment with market data. Our expectation is that the incumbent will work out of our Napa the incumbent works out of another location the wage rate may fall above or below this range. Treasury reserves the right to modify the range in the future.
