Role:
In this role youll work closely with the Agency Director to lead the day-to-day operations of the HSCB and ensure its mission is not only met but expanded. Youll be the central coordinator facilitator and strategist behind a network of local agencies community partners and government stakeholders working together to strengthen human services across the county. This position is also involved in the management of HUD Grants and other housing initiatives.
As the engine behind strategic planning youll guide the HSCB in setting long-term goals launching new initiatives and evaluating progress. Youll provide training and technical support to local partners help develop new programs and services and facilitate staff assigned to HSCB operations.

Job Specific Requirements:
This position will require some weekend and evening hours.
Qualifications and Experience:
Masters degree in Social Work Psychology Education Public Administration Planning Community Development Public Health Nursing or other related field or Bachelors degree in Social Work Psychology Education Public Administration Planning Community Development Public Health Nursing or other related field
Minimum of three years full-time experience in government for-profit or nonprofit organization delivering human service/health care education or other public services. Supervisory experience preferred. Experience in community development work public relations program development and evaluation project and data collection and management strategic planning and group facilitation is desired.
