Wellness Nurse Consultant
Location: Monroe GA 30655

Position Overview: Our Family Health Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Wellness Nurse Consultant. At Our Family Health Center we prioritize a small patient-doctor ratio which enables us to provide personalized high-quality care to our patients their families or organization. By maintaining this approach we ensure better access to care and the individual attention needed to thrive. We offer a concierge medicine practice that focuses entirely on the patientfree from the constraints of insurance pharmaceutical-driven or hospital-based care. We take an independent approach to health care allowing us to tailor services to the needs of each patient and deliver a health care experience that is truly centered around well-being. In this role you will help support our innovative Lifestyle Program which offers treatments for hormone replenishment nutrition wellness weight loss and supplementation all designed to improve the health and quality of life for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clinical nursing experience particularly working directly with patients in wellness or health promotion settings.
- Act as a nurse consultant to businesses organizations and individual clients guiding them through health and wellness initiatives.
- Experience in coaching group leadership or public speaking is highly preferred.
- Develop and implement patient-centered wellness programs focusing on hormone replenishment nutrition weight loss movement program and supplementation.
- Offer individual and group consultations to guide clients in adopting and maintaining healthier lifestyles.
- Lead wellness workshops educational meetings and health events for individual patients families and businesses emphasizing our concierge medicine approach.
- Support our Lifestyle Program ensuring personalized care plans that align with each patients health goals.
- Work collaboratively with other providers to enhance the overall wellness experience of our patients.
- Use motivational techniques to inspire clients and foster a proactive approach to long-term wellness.
- Stay current on best practices in wellness nutrition hormone therapy and patient-centered care.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Nursing (BSN).
- Licensure: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Georgia.
- Experience:
- Previous experience in a clinical setting preferably with a focus on wellness nutrition or patient education.
- Experience leading or coaching groups is a plus.
- Familiarity with concierge medicine or a patient-centered care model is highly desirable.
Skills & Attributes:
- Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills with a patient-first mindset.
- Ability to build strong trusting relationships with patients and clients.
- Motivational and empathetic personality able to inspire others to make lasting lifestyle changes.
- Strong knowledge of health and wellness including nutrition hormone therapy and weight loss principles.
- Comfort with public speaking and conducting presentations for groups.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple wellness programs and client needs.
