Finks Jewelers is searching for an expert Rolex Certified Watchmaker at our Streets at Southpoint location in Durham NC. Prior watchmaker experience is required. Our ideal candidate understands the importance of delivering best in class service.

Responsibilities:

• Able to perform diagnostics and servicing on both mechanical and quartz timepieces
• Complete service of all Rolex models/calibers
• Test timepiece for accuracy and performance within Rolex tolerances
• Ensure repair work meets or exceeds brand quality standards
• Record and keep track of serial/model numbers and work performed

Qualifications:

• Certified Rolex Watchmaker
• Detailed orientated with a mechanical aptitude
• Preferred 2 to 3 years of work experience in the craft or relevant certifications
• Watchmaker with WOSTEP SAWTA CW21 certification
