Those in managed service management and strategy at PwC will focus on transitioning and running services along with managing delivery teams programmes commercials performance and delivery risk. Job Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced AI/ML Manager with 7-9 years of hands-on experience in building custom AI/ML utilities to enhance the managed services ecosystem. The role will focus on maximizing GenAI adoption to automate tasks improve operational efficiency and reduce manual work. Additionally you will lead efforts to build custom AI/ML programs tailored to business needs aimed at driving continuous improvement and increasing automation within managed services particularly in SAP environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Maximize GenAI adoption to automate repetitive tasks enhance business processes and reduce manual intervention across managed services.
- Lead the design and development of custom AI/ML utilities aimed at automating processes improving data workflows and integrating intelligent decision-making into managed services operations.
- Build and deploy GenAI-based solutions to streamline service operations focusing on automating decision-making enhancing customer interactions and creating operational efficiencies.
- Work closely with clients to identify opportunities where AI/ML utilities can enhance SAP-managed services focusing on reducing human intervention in repetitive tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate custom AI models and GenAI-powered tools into existing systems and business workflows.
- Lead AI projects focused on building tailored AI/ML solutions that drive value for clients through increased automation efficiency and reduced operational costs.
- Develop custom machine learning models for various business use cases such as process optimization predictive analytics and automated decision-making within managed services.
- Focus on scaling and optimizing AI solutions to deliver tangible business outcomes particularly around reducing manual processes and improving operational speed.
- Stay ahead of AI/ML advancements applying emerging technologies to build smarter more efficient automation tools and frameworks.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 7-9 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development with a proven track record in building custom AI/ML utilities for business operations and managed services.
- Extensive experience in GenAI technologies (e.g. GPT BERT OpenAI) and applying them to real-world business processes to automate tasks and improve decision-making.
- Strong experience with Python programming for developing AI solutions automating workflows and creating custom utilities.
- Expertise in developing custom AI/ML models for business process automation predictive analytics and data-driven decision-making in managed services.
- Knowledge of cloud-based AI services such as AWS or Azure to build scale and deploy AI solutions.
- Proven ability to work closely with clients to identify AI/ML opportunities design solutions and implement them effectively.
- Experience in building deploying and integrating GenAI-based tools to automate and streamline business processes.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business outcomes for clients.
- Leadership experience in managing AI/ML teams and projects driving the development and deployment of AI-powered solutions.
Desired Skills and Qualifications
- Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow PyTorch Scikit-learn or similar for training and deploying custom AI models.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies for managing AI/ML projects and working cross-functionally with multiple teams.
- Strong understanding of data engineering and data pipelines to feed AI models with high-quality structured data.
- Exposure to AI ethics model governance and best practices in the deployment of AI solutions for business processes.
Experience Requirements
- At least 7-9 years of experience in AI/ML focusing on building custom AI/ML utilities and maximizing GenAI adoption for business automation and operational efficiency.
- Experience leading AI/ML projects with a focus on building AI solutions for reducing manual tasks and optimizing business processes.
Education Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Information Technology or a related field.
- Advanced degrees (e.g. Masters PhD) in AI Machine Learning or related disciplines are a plus.
- Relevant AI/ML certifications (e.g. AWS Certified Machine Learning Specialty Azure AI certifications) are a plus.
