Nursing Home Manager Up to 65000 Lead Excellence in a Luxury Care Setting

Our client luxury care provider is looking an experienced Nursing Home Manager to take the lead at one of their beautiful nursing homes. This is an outstanding opportunity for a dynamic and compassionate leader with a strong clinical background to drive quality care and operational excellence in a warm resident-focused environment.

This full-time permanent role offers a generous salary of up to 65000 plus a range of attractive benefits designed to support your career wellbeing and long-term goals.

The Nursing Home Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the care home ensuring the delivery of safe person-centred care in line with CQC standards. Youll lead a skilled and caring team manage resources effectively and ensure the home remains a welcoming inclusive place for residents and families alike.

What Were Looking For

  • A qualified Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)
  • A minimum of 3 years experience managing a large care or nursing home
  • Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations safeguarding and best care practices
  • Proven success in staff leadership development and team building
  • Strong financial and operational management skills
  • A confident communicator who can build trusted relationships with all stakeholders

  • Engage with families professionals and the wider community to promote the service
  • Manage budgets staffing and resources to maintain financial performance
  • Support a culture of respect inclusion dignity and continuous improvement
