What youll do

Join our forward-thinking team as an Agile Coach (f/m/d) where you can make a significant impact on our processes and products. You will contribute to innovative projects refine processes and inspire a culture of agility and cooperation.

As an Agile Coach (f/m/d) for Platform Engineering your responsibilities include:

• Organize and lead agile meetings fostering a collaborative and productive team environment
• Manage and execute unit-wide projects with technical expertise
• Facilitate cross-team collaboration to integrate diverse perspectives and drive shared success
• Support management with operational tasks and ensure a smooth connection with the team

What you bring

• 3 years of relevant working experience in a technical environment with experience in agile methodology practices and project management
• Strong technical skills in cloud development
• Ability to foster an inclusive and supportive work environment
• Effective and transparent communication skills
• Experience in cross-team collaboration and facilitating knowledge exchange

Our team develops functionalities of the Generative AI Hub and acts as an integral part of the SAP Business AI area. We are driven by our mission to integrate the latest technology in AI into all our enterprise applications thereby empowering our customers to maximize the potential of their business data.

You will work with a highly skilled team that is based in Potsdam collaborating with other teams in Germany India and Singapore. As part of our team you will have the unique opportunity to contribute to the broader AI ecosystem while working with advanced technologies and tackling real-world problems at the intersection of AI Cloud and DevOps.
