What Youll Do (and Love)

Deliver Life-Changing One-on-One Stretch Sessions
Use proven safe techniques to guide personalized assisted stretching that helps clients feel looser move more freely and live more actively.

Be the Local Expert Clients Trust
Educate clients on mobility posture recovery and body awareness. Your knowledge becomes their tool for everyday performance and longevity.

Build Meaningful Connections
In Oakville community matters. Clients return not just for the benefitsthey come back for the people. Youll foster relationships that create trust and drive long-term wellness.

Contribute to Studio Growth and Culture
Team up with front desk and membership staff to welcome new clients promote membership and help create an inclusive and motivating studio vibe.

Who You Are

Youre not just a coachyoure a movement professional who leads with both knowledge and empathy. You meet clients where they are and guide them to where they want to go with energy care and confidence.

You Must Have ONE of the Following:

• A degree or diploma in: Kinesiology Exercise Science Human Movement or a related field
• A current certification from: CSEP NASM ACE ACSM ISSA or other recognized fitness associations
• A license as a: Physiotherapist Massage Therapist Chiropractor Athletic Therapist or Kinesiologist
• A credential in: Yoga Pilates Barre or Dance with a strong understanding of anatomy and body mechanics

Bonus Qualifications

• CPR/AED Certified (or willing to obtain)
• 1 year of hands-on client experience in fitness health or rehabilitation
• Confident understanding of functional movement and body awareness
• Excellent communicator with a warm team-oriented personality
• Passionate about helping people live better move better and feel empowered
• Comfortable in a client-first fast-paced studio environment
