Job Overview

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team. This role ensures the front desk operates smoothly during overnight hours and that all daily financial and operational reports are balanced and accurate. Youll be the face of the hotel during late hours ensuring a welcoming and secure environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform nightly audit of hotel revenue and financial transactions

  • Balance room charges taxes and other transactions

  • Prepare and distribute daily reports for management

  • Assist with late check-ins and early check-outs

  • Respond to guest inquiries requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner

  • Ensure the lobby and front desk areas are clean and welcoming

  • Coordinate wake-up calls and assist with emergency procedures as needed

  • Maintain confidentiality of all guest and hotel information

Qualifications

  • Previous hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred

  • Experience with Marriott systems (e.g. Fossee) is a plus

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Ability to work independently and stay focused overnight

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Must be able to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs

  • Reliable transportation and punctuality required
