Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Associate Attorney who is a motivated self-starter to be responsible handling Indiana foreclosure matters for the firm. Responsibilities will also include management of staff and the office with opportunities for Client Development as well.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Preparation review and approval of foreclosure related pleadings.
- Handle all aspects of foreclosure matters including contested foreclosures.
- Participation in mediations depositions telephonic hearings in-person hearings.
- Regular client meetings/updates.
- Other duties and special projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctorate.
- Member in good standing with of the State of Indiana Bar
- 8 years minimum work experience handling Indiana foreclosures
- Ability to manage and prioritize large caseload.
- Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills. Effectively communicates with all clients (via client systems e-mail and phone).
- Provides exceptional client service.
- Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner.
- Conscientious with respect to work completion deadlines time management and attendance.
- Analytical and detail oriented while working at a fast pace and capable of multi-tasking.
- Excellent problem solving and organizational skills.
