About the Role: The Senior Quality Systems Engineer will be responsible for the execution of Field Action (FARS) Investigation Reports in the Business Warehouse (BW) application used as an input to all the subsequent reports in the Product investigaiton Report (PIR) and field action processes.
At Boston Scientific we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our local office at least three days per week.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensures data inputs meet input requirements of the FARS Investigation Report.
- Responsible for working with site Quality and Manufacturing Engineering to establish Official Materials Batch List (OMBL) in support of PIR process and to be applied to Field Action when applicable.
- Execute FARS reports as need to support ongoing PIRs and Field Actions.
- Utilize source systems such as SAP R/3 or SAP S/4 to verify quantities or any other type of information when needed.
- Responsible for field action Customer Tracking Reports and Returns Tracking Reports.
- Responsible for generation of various others reports supporting field actions e.g. Quality Notification (QN) Containment reports reconciliation and closure reports.
- Assists the Field Action Team Lead (FATL) as required during the Field Action process.
- Collaborate with Global Field Action Team on continuous improvement initiatives.
Required qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Industrial Electronic Electromechanical Engineering or related Field.
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with ERP Systems (SAP preferred)
- Strong Excel Skills including Concatenate VLookup Identifying Duplicate Values / Conditional Formatting Pivot Tables
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders

The anticipated compensation listed above and the value of core and optional employee benefits offered by Boston Scientific (BSC) see --will vary based on actual location of the position and other pertinent factors considered in determining actual compensation for the role. Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training pertinent education including licensure and certifications among other relevant business or organizational needs. At BSC it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the anticipated salary range listed above.
Compensation for non-exempt (hourly) non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g. any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
