The Entry-Level Operations Manager is a leader who drives sales service and operational excellence within the location. This role is key to bringing the mission of delivering First Class Service to customers and business partners to life.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing overall zone supervision during assigned shifts
Executing merchandising standards
Performing coaching and training functions for team members
Ensuring smooth daily operations and a positive customer experience
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to supervise and motivate teams effectively
Experience or willingness to learn merchandising standards and operational procedures
Customer-service oriented mindset
Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
Basic coaching or training experience is a plus
