- Sales Assistants handle tasks like managing client databases scheduling appointments and preparing sales documents.
- Identify potential clients conducting research and generating leads through various channels.
- Act as a point of contact for clients answering inquiries addressing concerns and providing updates on projects.
- Assist with preparing proposals presentations and other sales materials ensuring a professional and effective sales process.
- Handle paperwork prepare reports track sales data and manage administrative tasks related to the sales process.
- Assist with marketing campaigns social media management and content creation.
- Maintain and update client records in a CRM system ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Provide on-the-job training to new hires as needed.
- Having excellent communications skills.
- 12 years of experience in B2B Sales. (preferred).
- Prior work in office buildings hotels schools medical facilities or other commercial settings is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions; training will be provided.
- Dependable punctual and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced multi-tasked environment with flexibility.
- Positive attitude and respectful communication with coworkers and clients.
- Commitment to company policies dress code and professional conduct.
