      Were seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth by acquiring new medium to enterprise-sized clients. This is a high-impact role for a strategic thinker and relationship builder who thrives in a fast-paced tech-driven environment.

      The Details:

      • Location: hybrid in the Houston TX area (1x a week in office)
      • Shift: regular business hours Monday - Friday
      • Pay: $90K - $95K annually

      What Youll Be Doing:

      Pipeline Development

      • Drive managed IT and cybersecurity services to new logo/greenfield accounts
      • Leverage industry relationships to generate new opportunities
      • Qualify leads and apply consultative selling to craft compelling value propositions
      • Build strong relationships with C-suite stakeholders

      Sales Cycle Management

      • Customize proposals and solutions based on client needs
      • Collaborate with delivery and presales teams to ensure solution alignment
      • Manage the full sales cycle from discovery to close

      Revenue Growth & Reporting

      • Meet and exceed sales quotas for projects and recurring revenue
      • Maintain accurate forecasts and report on sales activity

      What You Bring

      • Proven success in B2B sales preferably in IT services or cybersecurity
      • Experience withMSSPMSP ornetworking solutions
      • Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills
      • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
      • Ability to engage with executive-level stakeholders
      • Self-starter with a strategic mindset and collaborative spirit
