Job Title: Customer Experience Representative - English Speaker (Lisbon-Based)
Location: Lisbon Portugal
Salary: 1200/month (Full-time)
Language: Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus

Were looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Experience Representative to join our Lisbon-based team.
What Youll Do:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email chat or phone delivering clear and friendly support
- Troubleshoot product or service issues ensuring a smooth and satisfying resolution
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our system
What Were Looking For:
- Based in Lisbon on-site position
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English
- A problem-solver with a positive attitude and team spirit
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
