Job Title: Shift In-Charge Production
Location: Changodar Ahmedabad Gujarat

Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive Shift In-Charge to oversee day-to-day production activities manage a team of process controllers and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and safety norms. This role ensures smooth operations coordinates with quality and maintenance teams and plays a key part in plant performance.
Key Responsibilities:

Execute production as per SOPs and log sheets through process controllers

Plan and prioritize shift tasks ensuring safety and operational efficiency

Coordinate with Quality and Maintenance for seamless operations

Guide and train process controllers; maintain production records

Report deviations and support corrective actions in coordination with superiors
Qualifications:

. / . / BE in Chemical Engineering

4-6 years of experience in chemical manufacturing

Strong understanding of plant operations and safety practices
Ready to lead from the front in a dynamic production environment
