We are seeking an exceptional grade 3 teacher who is deeply committed to fostering a child-centered approach to education and building strong teacher/student relationships. Requirements: Bachelor of Education Degree Desired Qualifications/Skills:

  • Strong Division one programming knowledge: We are looking for a teacher with a solid understanding of curriculum and programming for division one students.
  • Individual Program Planning: The ideal candidate should possess the ability to design and implement individualized program plans that cater to the unique needs of each student.
  • Commitment to Literacy and Numeracy Instruction: We value teachers who prioritize literacy/numeracy development. Your dedication to enhancing students reading writing communication and arithmetic skills will be crucial in their academic and personal growth.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: We believe in the power of collaboration. The successful candidate should be capable of working collaboratively with other teachers contributing ideas and actively participating in team meetings and professional development activities.
  • Strong Parental Relationships: Building productive relationships with parents is essential for student success. We are looking for a teacher who can effectively communicate with parents keeping them informed about their childs progress and involving them in their education.

  • Additionally we highly value experience or a willingness to participate in training related to The Leader in Me program.
